Orders are dispatched anywhere from 1-7 days from date of order placement.

Our packaging is simple and discreet for your privacy. 

CLICK AND COLLECT: We now offer our customers the option to CLICK AND COLLECT from our physical store at 2 Geeves Avenue Rockdale 2216 NSW. Should you opt for this option, you will be required to provide your Order Confirmation and ID to match the name provided with your order. Collection times are from 11am-8pm Monday to Saturday (Sundays are closed). The person whose name is on the order MUST collect the order themselves and provide ID to sign off as having collected their order in store -- we do not allow anyone else to collect on behalf of the customer.

We offer same day shipping for orders made before 1 PM on business days. Outside of this, your parcel will be shipped between 1-2 days.

What will appear on my statement?

For complete discretion, your payment will appear as PERCY PLUS FOUR on your bank statement.

Can I return my item if I don’t like it?

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on items for a change of mind. However, if the product is faulty or defective, we accept returns within 30 days of your purchase and will seek to replace it with a brand new identical product. Please check the warranty conditions of your individual product, as most of the brands we work with offer warranties, and we are happy to accept them and exchange them for a brand new identical product.
